Mr. Agge is a results driven manager with over 20 years of experience focused on capitalizing on business operational enhancements and market opportunities to drive revenue and profit growth. He has been the General Manager of Continental for the last eight years. Previously, he was Vice President of Operations at O/E Systems, Inc. and played a key role in the management of an accumulated $1 billion portfolio of leased information technology equipment over ten years.
Mr. Agge earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College of Business and Accountancy.
Ed Mercadante, President and Chief Executive Officer, MedOptions
Edgardo (Ed) Mercadante is the CEO of MedOptions (medoptionsinc.com), the nations leading Geri-Psychiatry/Behavioral Health Medical practice servicing the needs of over 70,000 geriatric patients of Long Term Care facilities. Ed has over 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, including significant experience in all facets of Long Term Care facilities, Pharmacy Platform companies, and Physician Management. He has operated both privately held venture/private equity based companies, and has formerly served as CEO or key board member in several current or former public companies including Familymeds Group (Nasdaq: FMRX), MTS-Medication Services (Nasdaq: MTS), and General Nutrition Centers (NYSE: GNC). Over the past seven years, Ed has focused his industry knowledge and unique leadership skills to turn-around and restructure private equity based companies. Ed holds a degree in Pharmacy from The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy/University of the Sciences and is a registered pharmacist in numerous U.S. states.
AJ Wasserstein, President and Chief Executive Officer, Onesource Water
Mr. Wasserstein is responsible for overall customer happiness, operational excellence, driving growth and building an exceptional business. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of ArchivesOne, the third largest records management company in the U.S. He successfully built ArchivesOne into a super-regional records management company that employed 400 people before selling to Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) after 17 years of operation. Mr. Wasserstein has served on several mid-market Boards. He earned a Master in Business Administration degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University. The U.S. Small Business Administration has recognized Mr. Wasserstein as Small Business Person of the Year in Connecticut. He was also featured in the book Leadership Secrets of the World’s Most Successful CEOs.
Michael Grant, President and General Manager, PH Systems
Mr. Grant has been managing PH Systems for two years, driving operational improvements that have increased profitability. He has two decades of Information Technology experience, which include technical, operational and business development roles. Previously, Mr. Grant was the Director of Technical Sales and Alliances for Plex Systems, Inc., the first 100% cloud computing ERP system. He was responsible for designing significant portions of the software before moving into sales management, where he launched a successful channel program, expanding the company’s footprint into Europe and Asia, and he created the company’s first technical sales organization.
Mr. Grant earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with an emphasis on microprocessor design, from Oakland University.
